Due to the conference venue in the heart of the medieval city it is possible to find accommodation within walking distance. Historical buildings as well as numerous restaurants, cafés, pubs, and beer-gardens are only a stone’s throw away.

For expensive (Category A) and medium (Category B) price hotels listed in the following table a special offer is available for all attending the conference. For low price accommodation no special offer as well as no provisional bookings of rooms was possible to arrange. Since May is one of the main travel seasons for visits to Erfurt please be aware that particularly low price accommodation may be difficult to get.
